Overview
■What is a small hot air heater?
- A small hot air heater is a hot air heater that has a structure in which a high-density Hanamaki heating element made of Fe-Cr-Al heating wire is placed inside a quartz tube, and air is passed through the tube to heat it. Also known as a hot air blower, hot air generator, or flameless torch.
・The X6PH series has a configuration in which six heaters are connected in parallel inside a metal tube.
■High efficiency High power max800℃
Stably blows out hot air at any temperature from room temperature to 800℃, achieving spot heating safely and cleanly.

■Can be used by gas
・Air, oxygen: ◎ Do not contain oil mist, water, etc.
・Nitrogen, argon: ◯ All inert gases can be used. However, the lifespan tends to be shorter than when used in air.
・Hydrogen: △ Will ignite when released into the air at temperatures above 600℃
・Water vapor: △ If water droplets adhere to the heating element, it will cause electrical leakage and disconnection.
・City gas, LPG: × It decomposes thermally and carbon adheres to the heating element.
