About This Product

Overview

■What is a small hot air heater?

A small hot air heater is a hot air heater that has a structure in which a high-density Hanamaki heating element made of Fe-Cr-Al heating wire is placed inside a quartz tube, and air is passed through the tube to heat it. Also known as a hot air blower, hot air generator, or flameless torch.

■Space-saving compatible

The 4M series has an outer diameter of Φ4 at the hot air outlet and a total length of 70mm and 85mm. It is compact in size and can be easily installed where you originally wanted to install it.

■ Ultra-compact yet high efficiency and high power max600℃

Stably blows out hot air at any temperature from room temperature to 600℃, achieving spot heating safely and cleanly.

■Suitable for minute flow rates

- Compatible with minimum flow rate of 1L/min or less ・Effective for preheating on mounting boards, heating small spots such as solder, and when you do not want to heat the surrounding area.

■Special order products and prototypes available

・We also support special orders, prototypes, and customized designs. ・We have a track record of producing products with a total length of 65mm.

■Application examples

Electronic components: soldering preheating, fuzz removal, winding heat fusion, soldering, spot reflow

■Can be used by gas

・Air, oxygen: ◎ Do not contain oil mist, water, etc. ・Nitrogen, argon: ◯ All inert gases can be used. However, the lifespan tends to be shorter than when used in air. ・Hydrogen: △ Will ignite when released into the air at temperatures above 600℃ ・Water vapor: △ If water droplets adhere to the heating element, it will cause electrical leakage and disconnection. ・City gas, LPG: × It decomposes thermally and carbon adheres to the heating element. *Use with each gas is not guaranteed.
