Overview

■What is a small hot air heater?

A small hot air heater is a hot air heater that has a structure in which a high-density Hanamaki heating element made of Fe-Cr-Al heating wire is placed inside a quartz tube, and air is passed through the tube to heat it. Also called hot air blower, hot air generator, flameless torch, etc.

■High efficiency, high power max1,000℃

・Stably blows out hot air at any temperature from room temperature to 800℃ (maximum 1,000℃: SAH-23S series), achieving spot heating safely and cleanly. ・Please consider applications such as switching from burners to reduce CO2 and improve safety. ・3kW or 4kW models are often suitable for deburring large resin molded products such as those for automobiles.

■Space-saving compatible

We offer a lineup of compact sizes that can be easily installed where you originally wanted to install them. We also have a track record of producing smaller sizes (total length 65mm) for special orders.

■Tube wiring type

Storing the wiring inside the air tube has the following advantages and makes it easier to use. ・There is no longer a protrusion for drawing out electric wires at the base of the heater, so it can be installed in any location. ・Since the electric wire will not be bent with a small R, there is less worry about wire breakage. ・Improves the environmental resistance of the lead wire part

■Application examples

・Electronic components: Soldering preheating, lint removal, winding heat fusion, soldering, wafer drying, spot reflow, harness heat shrinkage, mounting board rework, rework preheating, partial solder preheating ・Automotive parts, metal processing: deburring molded parts, before vulcanization, painting robots, baking caulking ・Plastic processing: mold deburring, film heat shrink, cap seal, shrink tunnel, preform ・Food/drugs/cosmetics: Print drying, baking coloring, label activation, cap seals, shrink tunnels ・Others: Gas heating

■Can be used by gas

・Air, oxygen: ◎ Do not contain oil mist, water, etc. ・Nitrogen, argon: ◯ All inert gases can be used. However, the lifespan tends to be shorter than when used in air. ・Hydrogen: △ Will ignite when released into the air at temperatures above 600℃ ・Water vapor: △ If water droplets adhere to the heating element, it will cause electrical leakage and disconnection. ・City gas, LPG: × It decomposes thermally and carbon adheres to the heating element. *Use with each gas is not guaranteed.
