About This Product

We propose equipment and systems that combine "Tanabe's technical know-how" and "superheated steam."

■Equipment features

・Safety treatment (no combustion reaction occurs in the furnace due to superheated steam atmosphere) ・Oxidation suppressing effect (thermal decomposition treatment in extremely low oxygen atmosphere) ・Energy saving effect through heat recycling system (maximum use of waste heat energy) ・Total coordination including supply and discharge equipment

■Equipment usage

・Cleaning and degreasing of metal briquettes ・Heating treatment of scraps and irregularly shaped materials (removal of organic content) ・Carbon-based heat treatment ・Pyrolysis treatment of substrates and resins ・Product cleaning of plates and thin plates

■Characteristics of superheated steam

・Rapid heating possible through combined heat transfer of convection, radiation, and condensation (4 times the thermal energy effect compared to hot air) - Possible to provide treatment effects equivalent to inert gas (oxidation suppression, thermal decomposition treatment, carbonization treatment, etc.)

■System pattern

・Electric heater heating method Standard type: The main heat source is electricity, and by using an electric heater, it is easy to operate, has precise temperature control, and can process up to a high temperature range (up to 700℃). ・Electric heater heating method Heat recycling (waste heat boiler) type: An energy-saving type that maintains the operability and controllability of the standard type, but utilizes the energy (calorific value) of the processed material as steam generation energy. By designing the optimal exhaust gas system according to the calorific value of the processed material and utilizing the exhaust heat, we can dramatically reduce the processing unit cost.
