About This Product
We provide "quality improvement" and "safe melting" of briquettes to users who are having trouble recycling briquettes.
■Equipment features
・High-performance briquetting machine (manufactured by Nippon Steel Bussan Matex Co., Ltd./RUF): Two-stage compression method that achieves ``constant high density'' and ``uniform length size'' of briquettes regardless of raw material (chips) properties ( Precharger and main cylinder) By adopting continuous briquette production equipment as the front stage equipment, quantitative conveyance and stable processing are possible.
・Safe processing/safe melting: The briquette cleaning/degreasing system that uses superheated steam achieves “safe cleaning/degreasing without igniting the residual oil contained in the briquettes” in a mesh belt oven. Additionally, flame generation is minimized during melting, allowing for safe melting.
・Oxidation suppression effect (improved melting yield): By processing in an extremely low oxygen atmosphere, oxidation suppression and residual C reduction effects can be obtained, and the quality of the processed material can be expected to improve (yield during melting can be expected to improve) .

This is a highly safe cleaning system that combines a "high-performance briquetting device" and a "superheated steam cleaning system." We can offer a complete line from the granulation process (briquetting) to the cleaning process.
