We propose a superheated steam system that has high added value and energy savings compared to conventional methods (direct combustion type, etc.).
■Equipment features
・Safe treatment without ignition: Compared to conventional direct combustion types, the risk of fire is significantly reduced, achieving safe and stable operation.
・Improved melting yield due to higher quality and oxidation suppression effect: Cleaning and degreasing using a superheated steam system provides high quality cleaning and degreasing effects. In addition, due to the oxidation suppressing effect, it can be expected to improve the yield during melting (data from other companies: 1 to 2% improvement available).
・Energy saving effect with heat recycling system: The energy from the attached oil is used as waste heat as a heat source within the system.
