About This Product
For samples that require long-term firing (more than 4 hours), we recommend a batch-type rotary kiln. Similar to continuous rotary kilns, various atmospheric gases are inserted into the furnace and the raw materials are fired while stirring.
■Equipment features
・Heater temperature can be changed in stages: Temperature patterns can be set in stages according to the raw material to be processed, from heating up to holding and cooling down.
・Customization with consideration for contamination: In order to suppress metal contamination such as Fe, it is possible to customize the contact area of the processed material with special alloys such as nickel. This is a technique that we can offer because we are confident in welding special materials.
・Seal measures: We propose seal structures that meet customer needs. In addition, for fine raw materials, we also have dust collection and dustproof covers to prevent scattering around the seal.
・High airtight seal (optional): A unique seal structure using carbon material allows continuous firing in a flammable atmosphere (High airtight seal patent number: Patent No. 4150368).
- Customization of specifications according to customer needs: We can propose test equipment that meets customer needs, from material selection for retorts and powder contact parts to exhaust gas treatment equipment.
・Batch type allows production of small rods.
