■Equipment features
・Safe treatment without ignition: Compared to conventional direct combustion types, the risk of fire is significantly reduced, achieving safe and stable operation.
・Improved melting yield due to higher quality and oxidation suppression effect: Delacquering treatment using a superheated steam system provides high quality cleaning and degreasing effects. In addition, due to the oxidation suppressing effect, it can be expected to improve the yield during melting (data from other companies: 1 to 2% improvement available).
・Energy saving effect with heat recycling system: The heat contained in the paint is effectively utilized and replaced with the combustion and steam generation energy of the heat booster.
