・Excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and heat resistance.
- Since it uses non-magnetic stainless steel, it can be used in medical equipment such as MRI and the transport section of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Comes with a screw loosening prevention agent.
- Since the rollers are made of stainless steel instead of resin, they have excellent weather resistance and are suitable for outdoor use. (Depending on the usage environment, movement may be affected by the occurrence of rust or adhesion of dust.)
・Custom-made products (specified grease, no grease, different sizes, etc.) are also available.
■Applications
Use in commercial kitchen equipment, MRI equipment, medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment transport parts, commercial refrigerators, wet areas, etc. (Cannot be used in life-threatening locations such as where people ride).

・Using temperature range: -40℃ to 110℃
・Allowable load: 294N (30kgf) ×300r.p.m
・Limits of load and rotation speed Load: 392N (40kgf) Rotation speed: 1000r.p.m *This is the limit value that can be withstood momentarily.
・Friction coefficient: 0.005
・Clearance: Radial clearance 0.1~0.3mm
