About This Product

■Features

- A urethane bearing that is resistant to cracking and peeling, and has both high durability and wear resistance. - Since urethane is wrapped directly around the bearing, there is little drive noise. - Equipped with antistatic function (electrical resistivity 10 (6) to 10 (9) Ω・cm), suppressing the generation of static electricity and preventing dust from adhering. ・Because it is a specially formulated polyurethane, it is difficult to hydrolyze.

Various guide rollers, automatic warehouses, conveyance devices, multi-story parking lots, forklifts, machine tools, etc.

■5 times more durable. Overwhelming strength.

High-spec urethane that is resistant to cracking and peeling. Special formulation minimizes heat buildup during shrinkage. Prevents expansion that causes cracks and peeling.

■Rotary pressure test results

[In-house standards: wheel diameter φ500mm, applied load 5tf, running time 72 hours (continuous running), running speed 11km/h] Powermax does not cause any cracking or peeling, and conventional products reach a temperature of 60°C within 5 hours. It rose further and exploded.

■Wear amount: 95%. Abrasion resistance that defies common sense.

It is resistant to cracking and peeling, and prevents the generation of wear debris. We are proud of our extensive track record in clean rooms where not even a speck of dust is allowed.

■Wear amount after Taber abrasion test

[ASTM D4060-14] Powermax: 8mg, conventional high-spec urethane: 20 to 50mg, conventional general-purpose urethane: 170mg

■Anti-static x ultra-durable. Balancing contradictory characteristics.

This is an unprecedented urethane that contains a special material that prevents static electricity, and is ultra-durable while also having antistatic properties. It reduces the frequency of wheel replacement and at the same time provides static electricity countermeasures. The number of parts required for continuity can also be reduced.

■Hydrolysis resistant x ultra-durable. Unique polyester urethane.

While ether-based materials are said to have water resistance and ester-based materials have mechanical strength, Powermax has the strength of ester-based materials and water resistance comparable to ether-based materials. When immersed in boiling water at 80℃ for 14 days, it exhibited approximately three times the resistance of ordinary ester-based polyurethane.
