■Features
・ADHSK type has anti-seize treatment, so it can be adjusted up and down smoothly.
-Adjustment work can also be done through the hex wrench hole in the screw head.
■Applications
Machine tools, conveyors, semiconductors, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, etc.
■Setting (galling) prevention treatment
・Stainless steel is a material with low thermal conductivity and high coefficient of thermal expansion. For this reason, the frictional heat generated during the tightening process may cause the threaded part to expand, seize the male and female threads, and prevent the screw from moving. When using the ADHS model, we also recommend anti-burning treatment.
・The ADHSK type is coated with lubricating paint on the threaded part and then subjected to baking treatment to improve slippage and adhesion, making it difficult for the thread to seize.
■Caution
To prevent loosening after installation, we recommend tightening with double nuts.
