About This Product

■Features・The 35° torque peak angle type (HG-PA231 type) is ideal for top lids that are tall and short in depth.
・The heavy top cover can be easily lifted by the reaction force of the spring (power assist function).
・Damper works when closing (soft close function).
・Torque can be adjusted by turning the adjustment screw (±5%).
- The opening angle can be regulated to 55° or 80°.
・The opening angle can be regulated between 15° and 90° (custom order available).
・Power assist
・Soft close

■Note・Please be sure to check the handling precautions.
・The center of gravity position of the corresponding door is different between HG-PA230 and HG-PA231 models.
・Please install a separate stopper on the housing to prevent it from opening or closing beyond the movable angle.
- Make sure the axes of the hinges are horizontal and install so that they do not shift.
・Do not use outdoors or in an environment where it may be exposed to direct water.
・Make sure that the casing has sufficient strength and rigidity before use.
- When using the internal mounting specification, check the position of the torque adjustment screw and make sure that the screw can be turned while attached to the casing and lid.
