About This Product

■Features・The heavy top cover can be easily lifted by the reaction force of the spring (power assist function).
・Damper works when closing (soft close function).
・Torque can be adjusted by turning the adjustment screw (±5%).
-The cover hides the main body and mounting holes, giving it a clean appearance.
- Suitable for mounting on the back of the device or when the center of gravity of the lid is above the center of rotation of the hinge. (Torque peak angle approximately 20°)
・Power assist

・Used by replacing the existing resin cover.
・Applications…Food machinery, etc.
・Accessories…Slim head screw with cross recess M4 x 8

■Note・Please be sure to check the handling precautions.
・Please be careful not to topple the device when you open the lid.
- Make sure the axes of the hinges are horizontal and install so that they do not shift.
・Please install a separate stopper on the housing to prevent it from opening or closing beyond the movable angle.
・Do not use outdoors or in an environment where it may be exposed to direct water.
・Make sure that the casing has sufficient strength and rigidity before use.
- When using the internal mounting specification, check the position of the torque adjustment screw and make sure that the screw can be turned while attached to the casing and lid.
