A state-of-the-art machine that uses the original technology "Image Fourier Transform (FFT) difference method"

By constructing an inspection system that uses an original image processing method and a unique black-and-white image capture method, it is much simpler and more efficient than conventional methods.
■Ideal for high-mix, small-lot production
No CAD data is required, and it can be used for a wide variety of products. Quick and easy creation of reference image (within 20 seconds), reference image is automatically created by reading the actual good product
■High-precision positioning of the board to be inspected is not required.
Since the zero order of the FFT image is determined at the same position, the positioning accuracy of the board to be inspected is relaxed compared to conventional methods, and the adjustment time can be shortened.
■High-definition image processing that does not miss even the smallest defects
By adopting a unique FFT image differential inspection method, we achieve high defect detection power and low false alarm rate.
■On-line inspection possible with high-speed and parallel processing
High-speed processing and parallel processing enable on-line inspection tailored to the customer's production line.
■Lighting that can match the color characteristics of printed circuit boards
Multi-color LED lighting that matches the color characteristics of printed circuit boards enables high-definition image capture that can be applied to a wide variety of products.
