About This Product
EVACH-SN is a synthetic type water-soluble cutting/grinding fluid with strong anti-corrosion properties.
■Features
・Because it has strong rust prevention properties, it is especially suitable for materials that easily rust, such as castings.
・Does not use chemical substances designated by the PRTR Law or chlorine compounds.
・Since it has good rot resistance, there is almost no need to worry about rot.
・Since it has good separation properties from mixed oil, it can always be used in a transparent state.
■Applications/Applicable materials/Precautions
- Suitable for drilling, turning, tapping, reaming, and grinding using N/C lathes and M/Cs.
- Suitable for cutting and grinding carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, castings, etc.
・To maintain transparency, remove mixed oil using an oil schema, etc.
