About This Product

SILCO-MIX from DOPAG (Switzerland) is a material feeder for an innovative production system for silicone parts using LIM (abbreviation for Liquid Injection Molding) two-component silicone. Since there is no need for ``rolling'' like in general rubber molding, equipment and labor costs can be significantly reduced, and the process from setting the materials to completing the molded product can be automated, greatly contributing to improved productivity. In addition, since it is a liquid material, the molding pressure is low, making it easy to mold complex shapes, insert molding, two-color molding, and coloring, and achieve stable quality.

■Features

A device that directly pumps the material from cans (20L pails, 200L drums) and transfers the measured and mixed materials to the mold of the molding machine. ・This pump is mainly used for [LIM], and is a simple pump device that can measure two-component silicone at a ratio of 1:1, adjust the pressure with a material regulator, mix it with a static mixer, and supply it to the molding machine. ・Follower plate (pushing plate) using O-ring prevents material leakage and ensures stable material supply. ・The mixing part can be replaced with one liquid to prevent hardening, so there is no need to use cleaning solvents. ・The A/B pump is driven by a simple synchronous hydraulic drive using a cross circuit with power difference between p: pneumatic pressure, PH: combination of pneumatic pressure and oil, and H: hydraulic pressure.

・Injection molded products Medical O-rings, baby nipples, glasses. ・Auto parts Waterproof packing, plug boots, wire seals. ・Electrical parts TV anode cap, keypad. ・Exercise equipment parts Mouthpiece, diving glasses. ・Direct mold casting Silicon insulator, cable connection terminal.
