About This Product

■High viscosity 1 liquid pump

This is a pump device that directly takes out non-flowing liquid (generally viscosity 100,000mPa・s - 2,000,000mPa・s) material from a material can (220L drum, 20L pail, etc.) and transfers it under high pressure.

■Features

Three types are available depending on the size of the material can. It consists of a mini pump compatible with 1kg cans and 2kg cans (there is also a type that can automatically discharge from a 330g cartridge as a modified machine), two types of pail pumps compatible with 20L pail cans, and a drum pump compatible with 200L drums. -Chop check type double action pump. Material can be continuously discharged during both the material suction process and the pressurizing process. ・The follower plate (pushing plate) that guides material from the material can to the pump uses an O-ring seal, boasting high sealing performance and long service life. (For mini pumps, it will be a wiper seal) - The pump can be driven only by air pressure, and an air buzzer will alert you when the material reaches its lowest limit. ・In combination with a material regulator that controls discharge material pressure, it reduces plunger pump pulsation and achieves stable discharge.

■Main uses

[High viscosity 1 liquid pump] We have many achievements including RTV silicone application for engine oil pans, solar panel adhesive application, sink adhesion, artificial marble adhesion, toner case seal application, flush tank sealing, etc.
