About This Product

This device measures, mixes and dispenses two-component liquid resin. In particular, this is a specialized device that has a large measuring ratio of 100:1 to 10 between agent A and agent B, and is capable of measuring, mixing, and dispensing with viscosity. By digitally measuring agent B (or catalyst), which has a low viscosity and is added in only a small amount, it is possible to continuously and stably measure it without missing anything. Since the B agent is discharged into a disposable static mixer at the end, there is no curing in any equipment or route along the way. A special sensor installed in the material tank monitors whether the B agent is being dispensed at a constant rate and issues an alarm if it is not being consumed. The developed DS mixer is a disposable plastic mixer that does not use solvents and can be replaced with one touch. The measurement ratio can be changed in the range of 100:1 to 100:10, and the discharge per time can be adjusted in the range of 20mL to 100mL.
