■Features
・Highly accurate absolute position detection is possible using a position sensor that applies the magnetostrictive phenomenon.
・No limit switches are required to set the origin, and no correction is required.
- Linearity of ±0.05%FS, which cannot be obtained with conventional absolute position sensors.
*Represents accuracy for full stroke.
・Temperature drift is extremely small at ±50ppmFS/℃ (ppm: 1/1 millionth) for the sensor probe alone.
- Stable output and high responsiveness are achieved by adopting a high-speed sample and hold circuit.
・It has excellent environmental resistance and durability by being built into a mill type hydraulic cylinder (70/140M-3 series).
- Compact design makes it easy to install on equipment and can be installed in a small amount of space.
*Please keep the hydraulic pressure generated in the cylinder due to the inertia of the load within the maximum allowable pressure.
