About This Product
A magnet allows you to open and close the valve to set an accurate reflux ratio. It can be used in combination with each fractionating tube and Kiriyama pack.
■Structure of fractionation head
The steam rising from the fractionating tube passes through 1 and enters the fractionating head. The upper branch pipe is connected to the fractionator, so the atmospheric pressure remains constant and it goes into the cooler.
It is liquefied by the cooling water, flows down, passes through a valve, and is refluxed. At this time, the magnet is energized by the reflux ratio adjustment timer and the distillate is distilled to the right side for the time the valve is pulled up.
The ratio of the opening/closing time of this valve is the reflux ratio, which is a setting method that determines the fraction of the time in one minute that the valve is open. For example, if you set a timer to open for 30 seconds, the ratio will be 1:1. Generally, the larger the ratio and the greater the amount of reflux, the higher the fractional distillation accuracy will be.
