About This Product

■What is Surveynote?``Cleaning up deterioration diagrams'' and ``creating a bill of quantities'' after an exterior wall survey is a hassle, and the time cannot be shortened. Surveynote will solve such problems.

After scanning and importing the drawings, we brought an iPad to the site, which served as a field notebook, and created deterioration maps as usual. At the same time as completion, the bill of quantities was also completed. Since it is a cloud system, printing can be done at the office immediately after the work is completed on site.

What you can do with Surveynote
■Creating a deterioration diagram on an iPadScanned paper drawings are imported into Surveynote and inspected, eliminating the hassle of handling paper on site. Various types of damage can be set as desired, from default settings to names, display methods, and special notes for each damage. Detailed settings changes can be made for each site.

■Basic damage typesCracks, tortoiseshell cracks, lifting, defects, tiles

Can be customized to any name. It is also possible to set frequently used "special notes" for each damage.

■Automatic creation of bill of quantitiesIf you enter damage using Surveynote, the damage quantity table will be updated from time to time. As soon as the information is completed on-site, it can be outputted at the office, eliminating the need to return from the site and take the time to compare it with drawings and create a bill of quantities.

■Automatic creation of photo tableYou can easily create a list of damage photos like a sample by importing damage photos taken with a digital camera into Surveynote (PC). When entering damage information, simply select whether or not to include a photo.

It is also possible to register photos taken with an iPad from the camera roll on-site.

■Advantages of using SurveynoteSignificantly reduces the number of man-hours required for copying deterioration diagrams, creating quantity lists, and taking photographs.
