About This Product

The SE-1 DVD video disdrometer can observe raindrop information captured from one direction (1D) in real time as a silhouette image signal when falling raindrops or snow pass through the light beam in the measurement area. The liquid state of precipitation particles, time stamp, raindrop diameter, predicted horizontal raindrop velocity, and raindrop diameter distribution are recorded as data from one direction.
