About This Product

Raindrop particle size distribution analyzer 2DVD The 2D video distrometer uses an image signal as a silhouette in the X/Y direction (2D) when falling raindrops/snow passes through a light beam within the measurement area.The captured raindrop information is processed in real time. Masu. Two CCD cameras capture the emitted light beam. The image signal of falling raindrops or snow passing through the beam is captured as a silhouette from the X/Y direction. The data measures shape, size, oblateness, falling speed, and horizontal speed at the same time, and based on these data, relationships such as precipitation intensity, particle size distribution, size/falling speed, and size/oblateness can be observed and measured. Create data and display it on your PC. Automatically corrects the bounce of raindrops. Measure the contour, profile and falling velocity of precipitation particles. From these measurements, particle size distribution, rainfall amount, and precipitation particles (raindrops, hail, or snow) can be determined and data recorded.
