About This Product
OTTHydroMet-Lufft's ultrasonic anemometer VENTUS-UMB SE-8371UM is a small, high-performance, maintenance-free device. Data outputs analog and digital signals. The aluminum-bodied sensor is durable and can withstand harsh polar conditions, seawater, and vibrations.
Measurement parameters include wind direction, wind speed, atmospheric pressure, calculated temperature, and heater temperature settings (with automatic voltage fluctuation control function.) Output can be selected from RS485 and SDI-12 digital interfaces to analog current, voltage, and frequency according to the purpose. .
It is possible to connect to a PC and perform measurements using the optional Senecom original Japanese software. The data loggers we recommend are compatible with SIM communication type SIM card loggers (by using a SIM card logger, you can check and acquire real-time data), data recording type memory loggers, and various data loggers.
