■Chromate chemical conversion treatment [Alodine/Alsurf] Overview

Chemical conversion treatment is the process of forming a film on the surface of materials such as metals using chemical methods. By causing a chemical reaction on the surface of the material and changing its surface condition, it gives properties that the original material lacked, such as increasing corrosion resistance and improving adhesion with paint. Alodine treatment is the name for chromate treatment of aluminum, in which chromate is used to create an oxide film of hexavalent chromium on the surface of the metal. Used to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion of aluminum. Our Alodine treatment can be used for both #1000 and #1200 in addition to normal processing (dimensional error within 0.02mm (20μm)), as well as precision processing (H processing) that can keep dimensional error within 0.005mm (5μm). is.
