I have made a three-dimensional work (3D work) using aluminum, but the surface of the material is rough and lacks a glossy appearance.The material of the three-dimensional product or alloy type has already been determined, and there is no manufacturer who can process the surface. do not have. By using special technology, we are able to perform surface treatment on aluminum objects created using 3D printers. If you want to take advantage of the luster of the material, you can use gloss treatment, and if you want to create a beautiful black gloss, you can use black alumite.

■3DP gloss processing overview

Nowadays, as time has progressed, aluminum can now be printed using metal 3D printers, and we can now try various things. It is mainly used for weight reduction and prototype development in various fields such as automobiles, aircraft, and space development. However, not just any aluminum can be printed. There are only a limited number of aluminum materials that can be printed with metal 3D printers. Generally, it is difficult to apply gloss or black alumite treatment to aluminum products containing a large amount of silicon, and the material is sometimes used as is. However, there is a large difference in performance between printed products that have not been surface-treated and surface-treated products that are actually used, and it is difficult to visualize them in many ways. By making full use of the know-how we have cultivated over the years, we are now able to perform gloss treatment and black alumite treatment on aluminum alloy materials that contain a large amount of silicon. It can be used not only for prototype development to improve product performance, but also as a metal art piece that takes advantage of the aluminum surface. There are two types of 3DP processing:
