About This Product

■Super hard alumite “carbide alumite” which is harder than hard alumite

Those who think that the hardness of hard alumite can only reach the JIS standard range. Ultra-hard alumite developed by our company: Ultra-hard alumite (UHA) is an alumite with hardness that exceeds JIS standards. You can choose from three types of film hardness depending on the purpose of use.

■Ultra hard alumite [UHA] overview

You may have tried using hard alumite, which is said to be harder than alumite, but found that it did not have the hardness you expected or that it had poor wear resistance. The ultra-hard alumite (UHA) developed by our company is an ultra-hard alumite that can achieve hardness that exceeds JIS standards. Carbide Mite has three types of film hardness, and you can choose the most suitable one depending on the purpose of use and your needs. Dimensional accuracy can be applied to H7 and h7 tolerances.
