It creates a uniform film with small surface roughness and has high corrosion resistance. Compared to general anodized aluminum, our highly corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum "AD864" has been shown to be resistant to corrosion even after over 5,000 hours of salt spray testing. It can be expected to be effective for products that require corrosion resistance, such as the foundation in tunnels.

AD864 was developed as a corrosion-resistant alumite film by focusing on the alumite and corrosion resistance of aluminum die-casting material (ADC12 material), which is said to be easily corroded. However, such corrosion problems are not limited to aluminum die-casting, but can occur with aluminum in general, and there is no end to the need for corrosion resistance, especially for A2000 series and A7000 series.
