Black alumite for aluminum die-casting materials that has little reflected light ``Matte Black'' Even if you alumite-treated aluminum die-casting materials, it may peel off or you are still worried about the glossiness... Reflective so that it can be used in a form as close to non-reflective as possible. Is there anyone who would like to avoid this? Our matte black is a low-reflection matte black alumite developed for the purpose of minute positioning by absorbing incident light and reducing reflected light by reducing the gloss and gloss of aluminum die-casting material as much as possible. By reducing gloss and gloss, it can also be used for positioning semiconductor devices and precision parts that require low or no reflection.

■Matte black alumite [matte black] overview

Aluminum die-casting materials are generally said to have poor alumite properties, and ADC12 is said to be particularly difficult to alumite. Therefore, even if black alumite is applied, the color tone may be grayish-brown to blue, which is different from the black you envisioned, or there may be peeling or the material may still have a glossy appearance in some areas, making it necessary to be concerned about reflectivity. The current situation is that it is difficult to use. Our matte black is an anodized matte black alumite developed to overcome the drawbacks of ADC12. Although it is generally considered difficult to produce matte black alumite for aluminum die-casting materials, we have created a functionally superior film that not only has a good color tone but also sufficient hardness.
