■Product overview

This improves length and height accuracy when applying loads. - In automatic testing, the crosshead returns to the initial position at high speed at the end of the test, reducing testing time compared to previous models. ・High-speed emergency stop using a mechanical stopper to protect the load cell and high-speed A/D to prevent overload. ・The display uses a touch panel that is easy to install, and has good visibility and long life (TFT LCD with LED backlight). In addition, the use of a flexible arm (swinging the display) allows for easy operation and visibility of the touch panel from any standing position. ・Full screen language switching possible (Japanese-ENGLISH). - Eliminates the concept of (high/medium/low) speed from the old model and now realizes continuously variable speed feed using an analog joystick. ・By combining the feed handles, delicate feed operations in 0.001mm increments assist in comfortable and easy operation. -Uses a numeric keypad similar to a computer (calculator) keyboard, allowing you to quickly enter set values ​​in a user-friendly, calculator-like manner. -Equipped with an RS232C port on the front (optional: can be linked with a spring inspection system and USB memory reader/writer). ・In automatic testing, it is possible to perform length standard → load judgment, deflection standard → load judgment, load standard → length judgment, load standard → deflection judgment. - Spring constant, adhesion length, initial tension, and free length determination function. ・Real-time spring constant calculation function. - Real-time histogram processing (s standard deviation, cp/cpk process capability index) and process graph processing. - Tolerance value input is automatic calculation function similar to a calculator using ± and % keys. ・Automatic test condition memory function "Memory function". - Units can be switched (mm, inch--N, kgf, gf, ld). ・Automatic opening/closing safety cover and safety area sensor for safety measures.
