About This Product

■What is scaly graphite?

It is called stone lead-based graphite, and is collected in a tunnel and exists in the form of lumps between rock masses. The grade of the raw ore is generally high, with a FC of 60 to 98%, and it is hand-sorted. After removing impurities, it is crushed and separated by particle size. Depending on the shape, there are types such as Lump, which is about 25 mm on average, Chip, which is about the size of wood chips, and Chippy Dust, which is a mixture of powder. Compared to scaly graphite, this graphite often contains impurities alone, and high-quality graphite can be obtained by flotation alone. Although its fire resistance is slightly inferior to that of flaky graphite, its lubricating and electrical properties are the same, and it is widely used. Regarding the use of flaky graphite, there are currently three users, and evaluations are not consistent.
