Overview
■Nippon Paint Urethane Plasafumega V1 Main agent 4kg + Hardening agent 0.8kg set
This is a shortcut to filling the holes, with the industry's highest level of film thickness performance. *This product is a set of main agent and hardener.
・You can apply it thickly without applying it thoroughly. The burrow is filled.
- Capable of coating approximately twice as thick (150 to 280 μm) compared to conventional products.
・Achieved a paint design that does not sag or flake even when applied thickly.
・Excellent concealment of putty holes and paper scratches, reducing work time.
Applicable material
■Various metal materials
Can be used for automotive steel plates, automotive aluminum plates, and electroplated parts (*). We recommend using Uni-Epoc 30 Primer NC for high-grained galvanized steel sheets from imported cars and other aluminum materials to improve adhesion.
(*) New electrodeposited parts do not need to be attached, but be sure to thoroughly degrease them. However, if there is any deterioration in the paint film (chalking, cracking, blistering, etc.), be sure to sand down to the base surface and apply Uniepoch 30 Primer NC in advance.
■Plastic material
For bumpers and aero parts made of polyolefin such as PP, please apply Pita Primer or PP Primer before applying Plasaf paint.
