■Applications
・Metals/iron, tinplate, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, chrome plating, etc.*1
・Plastic/PP/FRP (excluding ships/waterproof materials) ・ABS, PET, hard PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate, etc.*2
・Inorganic/concrete, mortar, slate, calcium board, porcelain and ceramic tiles, glass, etc.*3
・Others/wood, decorative plywood, etc.
*1 There is no rust prevention effect on metal.
*2 Not suitable for PE (polyethylene), Styrofoam, wallpaper, etc.
*3 For materials that absorb strongly, apply two or more coats. Depending on the type of plaster, Keikal board, tile, or glass, it may not adhere well.
■Product features
・It can be widely used as an undercoat for materials with poor adhesion to paint (plastics, non-ferrous metals, etc.) and increases the adhesion between the base and topcoat. *It may not be effective on PP bumpers and aluminum materials.
- Does not easily peel off and discolors.
・Can be overcoated with various paints such as lacquer, water-based, and oil-based paints. *This product is a paint exclusively for undercoating. Be sure to apply a top coat.
・Since it is a spray type and does not require diluting liquid, it is economical and improves workability.
