Overview

■Reduce the amount of fiber waste that gets into the work to "zero" as much as possible.For hand-held work such as assembly, inspection, and packaging work.

The basics of countermeasures against dust defects is "how to keep dust away from the product." In particular, ``coarse particles,'' which are 10 to 100 μm in size, are not only spread around the room by air currents, but also fall and adhere to products before you know it. In order to minimize the risk of these coarse particles becoming attached dust, it is important to maintain an environment where dust can be immediately discharged even if it is generated.

■The secret to maintaining a simple but high clean level is “difference in airflow”

The CSS Simple Clean Booth uses a HEPA filter unit that is large compared to the size of the top plate, generating a powerful airflow toward the floor. This airflow solves the problems of conventional simple booths, such as the occurrence of turbulent areas and insufficient ventilation, and creates a work environment that maintains a high level of cleanliness at all times. Ventilation frequency: Maximum of 1,100 times/hr or more, immediately discharging coarse particles generated in the booth. Even during work, the work surface continues to be cleaned with exhaust airflow of 0.3 to 0.4 m/sec, minimizing the risk of adhering to textile debris.
