■Easily create a clean environment with an “air barrier” that keeps out foreign substances and is ideal for inspection and packaging processes

In inspection and packaging processes that require manual labor, there is a risk that "human-derived foreign substances" such as fibers, hair, and fluff may be mixed in. For this reason, many people may be thinking of building a clean environment, but due to the high cost of building a clean room or large clean booth and the difficulty in securing space to install equipment, simple foreign matter countermeasure methods are recommended. We are now receiving inquiries about. The best solution for this is the ``Safety Partition,'' which allows you to easily create a clean environment just by placing it.

■Features

This device uses the power of the wind to create a pseudo positive pressure (air barrier) to keep out foreign objects such as "coarse particles" with a size of 10 μm to 100 μm that can directly cause defects. Ideal for building a simple clean environment, it is especially effective in preventing human-derived foreign matter and fiber/fluff defects. By blowing out clean air that has passed through the HEPA filter in front of the product, a clean environment is created without the need for an enclosure up to approximately 2m in front of the device. There are not only blow-out types but also suction types of clean air, so you can choose according to your requirements. In addition, unlike local clean booths, there is no need for enclosures such as vinyl or panels, so work efficiency is not compromised, and it is equipped with casters for easy installation and movement, so it can be installed anywhere. Furthermore, it is cheaper than setting up a clean room or large clean booth, and requires no installation work, so it can be easily introduced into your current work site.
