Overview

■Bar-shaped clean check light “LED Ages” for visualizing dust during flat inspection, film bonding, etc.

"LED Ages" is a bar-shaped LED light that allows you to see dust attached to a wide area and flat surface. It has a lightweight design that can be held in one hand, so it can be incorporated into equipment or used as a handy device, so it can be used anywhere. Since it is possible to visualize foreign matter of approximately 10 μm or more over a wide irradiation range, it can be used in work processes that involve removing foreign matter, such as film and panel assembly processes, dust removal work, packaging work, and shipping inspections, and in the process of sorting out defective products. I have received it. Since the size can be customized, it is also used for cleaning equipment such as large equipment and checking the cleaning of large clean rooms.

■LED AJIS performance

-Uses a green light LED (peak wavelength approximately 525nm), which is said to have high relative luminous efficiency*1, and a bullet-like LED with a directional characteristic of 30 degrees, so it emits light with stronger straightness. ・Since it is powered by AC100V power supply, it can be lit continuously for a long time. - The light control unit allows you to adjust the brightness to meet inspection standards. *1 The strength with which the human eye perceives the brightness of each wavelength of light

■Usage of LED AJIS
