Overview

■The cause of defects can be easily seen and eliminated. ``ZEUS'' is the ultimate clean check light for workplaces aiming for 0% defective rate.

"ZEUS" is a clean check light that features strong straight light that is necessary to visualize "coarse particles" of about 10 μm to 100 μm, which are said to be the biggest cause of defects due to foreign particles. "Coarse particles" cannot normally be seen by the human eye. The conventional light focusing method using reflectors caused uneven light and lacked visibility, but the new multi-lens method uses high-performance camera telephoto technology to stack five lenses to create a spotlight.
