Overview
■“Triton” has the same performance as HID light despite its handy size. “Visualizes” dust, foreign objects, and scratches with powerful straight light.
``Triton'' is a medium-sized clean check light that allows you to inspect the cleanliness of equipment, work environments, etc., and easily visualize the state of dust adhesion over a wide area. Although it has a built-in battery, it is lightweight and compact, and it is also a highly visible light that provides the same amount of light as an HID light.
The cause of appearance defects that often occur at painting, printing, precision assembly, film manufacturing, etc. sites are "coarse particles" of about 10 μm or more that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Therefore, by using highly visible "Triton" to illuminate the surface of manufacturing equipment, coarse particles can be visualized efficiently.
Differences between Triton and other lights
■HID light
HID lights require a significant amount of power to operate, adding to the size and weight of any compact design. Also, there is a risk of burns as the light emitting part 4 becomes hot. Triton uses LED as its light source, and is compact and lightweight, and the light emitting part does not get hot easily, so you don't have to worry about getting burned.
■Competitor's powerful LED light
There are many similar products that use LED as a light source, but Triton generates a strong straight light to make dust visible. The light collection method uses a reflector rather than a lens. As a result, there is no focus shift due to distance, which is the case with lenses, and dust can be clearly seen at any distance.
