Overview
■Improves quality at low cost for removing processing oil from general metal processing.
The ``NC Sol Series'' is a hydrocarbon cleaning agent whose main ingredient is paraffin.
In order to use it in a cleaning device, it is required not only to have good cleaning properties but also to dry well after steam cleaning and to have a good recovery rate when regenerated by distillation.This cleaning agent has a boiling point range of 179 to 182℃. Because it is narrow and contains no impurities, the recovery rate after drying and distillation regeneration is extremely high.

・Ideal for degreasing and cleaning metal processing parts and has excellent drying properties
・Good recyclability due to narrow boiling point range and less loss during distillation regeneration
・High separation efficiency due to large boiling point difference with oil brought in during distillation and regeneration *Equivalent to normal paraffin type.
・Inexpensive compared to other hydrocarbon cleaning agents
About the stability and safety of “NC Sol Series”
■Stability
It is a heat-stable substance that can be easily recovered by vacuum distillation and can be used repeatedly.
■Safety
- Extremely low impact on the atmosphere and working environment. (Substances not applicable to the PRTR Act/Industrial Safety and Health Act)
・It belongs to Class 2 petroleum in the Fire Service Act, and it is sufficient to manage it in the same way as kerosene.
