About This Product

Overview

■ Instantly “visualize” the standing waves generated by ultrasonic cleaning machines. Now available in a more compact size.

Just put it in the cleaning tank. It can be used to improve the yield of cleaning defects and as a cleaning quality control tool.

■Visualization principle of ultrasound viewer

When ultrasonic waves are irradiated into water, they are totally reflected on the liquid surface, and the incoming and reflected waves overlap, creating a sound pressure strength called a "standing wave." (physical phenomenon) A standing wave has alternating nodes (minima) and antinodes (maximum) of sound pressure. When special powder is inserted here, the powder gathers at the nodes (minimum) of the sound pressure, allowing the standing waves to be instantly visually confirmed.

■Features of ultrasound viewer

・The standing wave distribution of ultrasonic waves can be visually observed. ・You can see at a glance where the ultrasonic waves are strong or weak. ・You can check and manage whether the ultrasound is working. ・Since it is made of glass, it can be placed in various solutions.
