・Contamination cannot be reduced after water washing/rinsing... ・I don't know if the water quality I'm currently using is suitable for manufacturing... ・I want to use pure water but am concerned about the cost... Pure water is used in a variety of industries in modern manufacturing. Our products are used in a wide variety of industries, including semiconductor parts manufacturing plants, automobile parts manufacturing plants, plating processing plants, and cosmetics and beverage manufacturers. However, even though it is known that the quality will be better if pure water is used, pure water has a negative impression that it is expensive to produce, requires large capital investment, and requires a large space for production equipment. There are probably many customers who would like to try it but feel that they cannot use it. We offer a cartridge-type water purifier that saves space and reduces initial costs, and can produce pure water by passing tap water directly through an ion exchange resin. Equipped with an activated carbon filter for pre-treatment, an electrical conductivity meter to check the purity of pure water, and a cartridge filter to remove contaminants at the outlet.Select from a minimum of 5L to a maximum of 100L (amount of ion exchange resin) depending on the amount of pure water used. It's possible. After installing it in the desired space within the factory, simply connect the inlet and outlet with a hose, and you can use pure water immediately. We also undertake the refilling and recycling of used ion exchange resins.
