"Pure water/ultra pure water equipment" uses ion exchange resin, reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane), and external filtration membrane (UF membrane) to remove impurities (particulate bacteria, ionic components, organic matter) from water. This is a device that generates pure water and ultrapure water.
■Why is "pure water" necessary at manufacturing sites?
The water used at manufacturing sites varies depending on the purpose, from tap water to pure water to ultrapure water. The reason why we go to the trouble of using equipment to produce pure water and ultrapure water is because of impurities.
