About This Product

Overview

■Eco-cleaning using only water. Sprays extremely small amounts of steam at high pressure for a thorough clean.

It can generate gaseous moisture (steam) at high pressure that is so small as to be invisible to the naked eye at approximately 0.26 nm, and removes dirt without using cleaning liquid. In addition, since steam can be used at a volume reduced to 1/1000 of water, the amount of water used for cleaning can be reduced. Features of “NCA series”

Cleans using high-pressure steam and force without using cleaning fluids. This is a cleaning system of the future that is both environmentally friendly and cost effective.

■Simple cleaning using only high-pressure steam

It can also be incorporated into the line process, and in particular, by introducing it in the preliminary cleaning of the water-based cleaning process, it is possible to reduce the amount of oil carried into the main cleaning process, reduce the frequency of cleaning agent replacement, maintain product quality, and improve production efficiency. This contributes to improvement and reduction of maintenance frequency.
