Nowadays, it is essential to measure and analyze the composition of foreign particles in accordance with the quality requirements of the international standard ISO16232 and the German automotive industry standard VDA19, and there is a need to reduce contamination in the cleaning process. However, conventional hydrocarbon cleaning machines may not be sufficient to remove contaminants. Why on earth?
The answer lies in the movement of the cleaning fluid. In a typical multi-tank hydrocarbon cleaning machine, the first to third tanks have different roles for cleaning, rinsing, and drying, and the baskets cleaned with dirty cleaning liquid in the first tank are used in the second and third tanks. When moving from tank to tank, cleaning solution containing contaminants is brought in, so re-dispersion of contaminants may occur even in the final tank.
Furthermore, when cleaning liquid is transferred from the last tank to the first tank in the process using an overflow method, only the supernatant cleaning liquid continues to flow and the entire liquid is not refreshed, so contaminants accumulate in the liquid and work There is always a risk of reattachment to the For this reason, we have developed a new hydrocarbon cleaning system that differs from conventional cleaning methods for customers who want to solve the problem of removing contaminants during the cleaning process.
Features of ACSys
■This device uses hydrocarbon cleaning liquid, which has excellent cleaning power and is currently the mainstream, and performs cleaning in two steps: vacuum immersion ultrasonic waves + vacuum vapor cleaning and drying.
・Equipped with an original circulation mechanism that constantly supplies clean cleaning fluid
・Prevents foreign matter from accumulating in the cleaning tank and prevents contaminants from re-adhering to products
・The supply/recovery of cleaning liquid uses the differential pressure of the vacuum pump, so there is no need for a liquid feed pump.
・Since the liquid does not come into contact with the atmospheric pressure environment, the degreasing ability is improved by heating the cleaning liquid.
・A rotating basket can be attached to the magnetic filtration or cleaning tank (optional)
ACSys system overview
■Unlike conventional hydrocarbon-based cleaning machines, the system filters and replaces the entire amount of cleaning liquid after each process, so no foreign matter remains in the cleaning tank, and high-quality cleaning with uncontaminated cleaning liquid is always possible. This makes it possible to prevent re-adhesion.
