Maeda Shell Service's patented product "3in1 Multi-Dry Filter®" produces ultra-clean air with a filter that does not escape even fine particles of 0.01μm or larger. Rather than being satisfied with just installing a line filter, it is important to thoroughly check the performance of the filter and periodically check to see when it is time to replace the filter and whether the measures taken are effective.

Features of “3in1 Multi Dry Filter®”
■Gradual filtration with three performance-based elementsIt has three elements coaxially arranged on the same axis, separating oil and water, drying, and removing solid particles of 0.01 μm or more, making compressed air ultra-clean air through stages. Equipped with two pressure gauges, you can visually control when to replace the element. (T-103A-1000 does not have a pressure gauge)

■Supplies ultra-dry air using the tornado principleThe second element is a roll of special cotton cylinder with about 13,000 holes, and it creates tens of thousands of tornadoes. When compressed air passes through, a vacuum similar to a tornado occurs, and the difference between external and internal pressure causes water droplets to vaporize, creating dry air. It is called a dry filter because of its excellent functionality.

■Energy saving filterThis filter has 30-50% lower pressure loss than other oil mist filters.

■Simple screw structure, no tools requiredReplacing the filter element takes just 20 seconds, and all elements can be easily removed for replacement. The entire unit has a screw structure and can be disassembled, making it easy to disinfect and clean.
