Overview

■Agitation is achieved by centrifugal force from the propeller, achieving high-quality agitation without foaming.

Aquatex's ``C-Mix'' is a centrifugal stirring device that overturns the conventional wisdom of stirring by generating a flow using centrifugal force. It is safe because it does not have blades, but it is excellent because the three-dimensional stirring flow mixes well and does not create vortices on the liquid surface and no bubbles. Features of "C-Mix"

■Uniform stirring

The swirling flow created by the rotation of C-Mix and the suction flow sucked up from below are generated at the same time, so the liquid in the container turns upside down, creating a three-dimensional stirring flow. Liquid moves well to every corner of the container, achieving uniform stirring.

■Low shear

Since there are no protrusions on the rotating body, the liquid contents can be mixed evenly without shearing or damaging them. For example, when making oshiruko, it might be easier to imagine how you can mix fluffy cooked red beans with sugar without crushing them. Additionally, since there is no frictional heat caused by the rotation of the blades, the rise in temperature of the liquid itself is suppressed and the deterioration of the paint is prevented.

■No air gets in

Since no air is drawn in during rotation, no air gets into the paint, helping to reduce paint defects caused by air bubbles. In addition, bubbles may be generated due to micro cavitation caused by high-speed rotation, but since stirring is performed at low speed, cavitation is less likely to occur, contributing to the reduction of coating defects caused by air bubbles.

■Compatible with various liquids

Since it can be made from any material, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, from strong acids to foods.

■Suitable for various flow rates

With a rich lineup, it is possible to stir at various flow rates, from beaker size to container tank size or larger.

■Safety

Since there are no blades, it is safe even if it comes into contact with the rotating body during stirring. It also prevents scraping due to contact with the inner surface of the tank, making it less likely that defects due to foreign matter will occur.

■Easy to maintain

Since it has a simple structure, just rotate it in cleaning solution after use to clean the rotating shaft and hole grooves.
