Overview

■ Cleaning the "tough, dirty, and smelly" sludge from a water-washing paint booth can be done with just one liquid, making it easy to clean by "just scooping."

Water-washing paint booths are attractive because they have a high ability to collect mist, but if they are not cleaned frequently, their functionality will deteriorate. When cleaning the booth, the sticky sludge that adheres to the booth emits a foul odor and is a heavy burden due to its moisture content. SK-GO is a booth treatment agent that can remove the viscosity of paint sludge that accumulates in water-washed paint booths, allowing it to spread and float. By dropping SK-GO into the booth water, sticky sludge turns into smooth sludge, making it easy to clean by simply scooping with a shovel.

■Features of booth treatment agent “SK-GO”

SK-GO is a one-part agent (sludge killer) that makes all solvent and water-based paint sludge non-stick. Compared to conventional booth treatment agents, the particle size of the ingredients is extremely fine, about 1/200, and the surface area that comes into contact with the sludge is large, so it effectively removes viscosity. In addition, while the components of conventional booth treatment agents are heavy and precipitate, the components of SK-GO are light and continue to diffuse in the booth water, resulting in a long-lasting effect. By dispersing the sludge into tiny particles rather than solidifying it, it also prevents clogging of pipes and improves water circulation inside the water-washing paint booth.
