About This Product

Overview
■Refreshes paint scum stuck inside the pipes. Prevents uneven paint and defective spots.Paint stains that cannot be removed by daily cleaning inside the paint piping of a paint sprayer become stuck like cholesterol. If such paint scum remains, it can narrow the paint path and cause "uneven paint", and if it comes off, it may result in "defects". In addition, paint scum often adheres to pipes and joints, and if it adheres to parts such as color change valves (CCVs) and spray guns, it can cause various problems.

``Circuliner'' can remove and clean paint scum by gradually dissolving it, which cannot be removed with regular cleaning thinner. Please carry out regular refresh cleaning to address the causes of defects and prevent equipment failure.
*Removal takes time, so we recommend using a long vacation to work on it.

■Standard process for “Circulina”1. Drain the paint
2.Clean for about half a day with regular cleaning thinner
3. Circulating cleaning with this product for 5 to 20 days (varies depending on paint type and situation)
4.Cleaning thinner circulation 2-3 hours + 4 hours
5. Diluted thinner circulation 2-3 hours
6.Can be filled with paint

■Precautions when using “Circulina”・Please check in advance whether the packing material of the paint piping will be affected by Circuliner.
- Paint scum will peel off, so please rinse thoroughly and remove it properly. Depending on the situation, defects may occur.
*Basically, it can be used for most paint supply piping.
