About This Product

A lockout fitting is a fitting that prevents a third party from unlocking an emergency stop device and ensures the safety of workers using a padlock or hasp. Maruyasu Dengyo Co., Ltd. offers mounting holes for φ16, φ22, and φ30, which are compatible with emergency stop switches made by major Japanese manufacturers. Maruyasu Dengyo Co., Ltd.'s lockout metal fittings have a structure in which the metal frame is tightened together with the switch's tightening nut, and the emergency stop switch can be easily locked without the need for additional drilling or other installation rivet holes or screw holes on the operation panel. It is possible to make it out. A lockout function can be easily added to an existing emergency stop switch. One padlock and one hasp can be installed on the left and right sides. Please prepare the padlock and hasp separately.

■Advantages of lockout fittings

-Currently, the lockout compatible emergency stop switches on the market are only of the type with a φ30 mounting hole, and it is not possible to lockout an emergency stop switch with a φ16 or φ22 mounting hole. Additionally, if the existing switch is Φ16 or Φ22, it will be necessary to rework the mounting hole to Φ30 and redo the electrical wiring, which will incur large construction costs. On the other hand, with Maruyasu Dengyo's lockout fittings, it is possible to lockout emergency stop switches with various mounting holes made by domestic switch manufacturers with simple construction, low cost, and short construction period, improving machine safety. Dramatically increases worker safety. ・The PMD-RC2-D30ADP type for Φ30 comes with an adapter for Φ22. Only this one format is compatible with both Φ30 and Φ22 emergency stop switches. (If the mounting hole is φ25, please purchase the adapter ADP-3025S, which is sold separately. For the mounting hole Φ16, please purchase the adapter PMD-RC2-D16.) ・If you are not attaching 2 or 3 or more keys, you can lock out the lockout by simply tightening the locks together and do not need any machining, just do some simple electrical work. Masu - The lockout metal fittings are made of SUS to ensure lightweight and strong strength. By separating the emergency stop switch and lockout function, the weight of the hasp or padlock is not placed on the emergency stop switch itself, contributing to reliable operation of the emergency stop switch.
