About This Product

ACF crimping equipment is an anisotropic conductive film used to connect FPCs/boards used in automotive, industrial, and consumer equipment. This is a tabletop device for thermocompression bonding of (ACF: Anisotropic Conductive Film). 

We specialize in high-mix, low-volume production of small parts, and are also suitable for development, research, and repair applications.

■Features・By specializing in small substrates, it is smaller and lighter than general equipment.
- Compatible printed circuit boards are 144mm x 77mm or less. (Other board sizes can also be accommodated separately.)
・ACF pasting length can range from 14mm to 64mm.
- The temporary crimping device is equipped with an ACF half-cut and automatic feed mechanism.
・The alignment accuracy of this crimping device is: XYZ axis: 10μm, θ axis: 1'12" (micrometer minimum reading value).
- Easy setup and changeover, suitable for high-mix, low-volume production, development/research, and repair applications.
・By using the optional multi-fixing jig, trial crimping work can be performed immediately if the board is 144 mm x 77 mm or less.
